RapidXAI Partner Program

White-label AI voice agent fulfillment for agencies

You sell the relationship. We run the delivery.

RapidXAI helps agencies scope, build, test, and support custom AI voice systems under their own brand. You keep the client relationship while we take responsibility for the agreed technical delivery.

  • Client ownership defined
  • Brand boundaries agreed
  • Acceptance tests included

Scope first. Build second. Prove before release.

Who owns what

A delivery partnership with the boundaries written down.

White-label work fails when sales, support, branding, and handoff ownership stay vague. The partner scope makes each responsibility visible before a client build begins.

  • You own the relationship

You lead sales, set client expectations, approve scope, and remain the commercial point of contact.

  • Your brand stays visible

Client-facing materials and approved delivery touchpoints use your agency identity. RapidXAI works behind it.

  • We run technical delivery

We map the call flow, configure the voice system, connect agreed tools, test failure paths, and support the release.

  • Confidentiality is explicit

Access, attribution, communication boundaries, and confidentiality are agreed before client information is shared.

  • Handoffs carry context

You receive delivery notes, test evidence, operating boundaries, and the information needed to manage the client confidently.

  • Ghost Partner is the high-touch tier

For qualified agencies, the branded Ghost Partner tier adds a deeper, ongoing delivery relationship behind the scenes.

From fit call to handoff

The delivery path is visible before work starts.

  1. Qualify the opportunity

We confirm the client, workflow, call volume, integrations, languages, risk, decision process, and whether voice AI is the right solution.

  2. Agree the delivery boundary

The scope names ownership, communication, brand use, required access, acceptance tests, support, and excluded work before implementation starts.

  3. Build and test the workflow

RapidXAI implements the approved journey and tests real calls, interruption handling, knowledge limits, integrations, and human escalation.

  4. Hand over evidence and support

Your agency receives the release record, operating guidance, known limitations, and the agreed route for changes or incidents.

The high-touch tier

Ghost Partner, when delivery needs to run deeper.

Ghost Partner is the branded tier for qualified agencies that need an ongoing, behind-the-scenes technical team rather than a one-off build. Fit, capacity, responsibilities, and commercial terms are reviewed on the partner call. No margin, timeline, or performance promise is assumed on this page.

A fit review before a client promise

Bring the actual opportunity. We will review the workflow, access requirements, delivery risk, success criteria, and support boundary before confirming a fit.

  • A named decision-maker and commercial owner
  • A defined customer problem and call journey
  • Access to test scenarios and required systems
  • Agreement on limitations, handoff, and release criteria

Partner questions

What gets agreed before delivery.

Who owns the client relationship?

Your agency does. You remain responsible for sales, commercial terms, and the primary client relationship. The delivery scope defines when RapidXAI may join a technical conversation, if ever.

Does the client see RapidXAI branding?

The default delivery model uses the partner agency brand on agreed client-facing materials. Any necessary provider disclosures or direct technical involvement are documented before launch.

What does RapidXAI support?

Support is defined per engagement. It can include monitored voice-agent operation, prompt and workflow changes, integration maintenance, incident diagnosis, and release testing within an agreed boundary.

Who is a fit for the program?

The program is designed for agencies and consultants with a real client pipeline, clear ownership of the relationship, and a willingness to scope and test production systems properly. It is not a catalogue of unreviewed demos.
